  2. Per several messages reference a 'coordination' echo for ZC's, RC's and NC's
  3. of all nets...the following Echo is now Active;
  4.  
  5.           NET_LINE
  6.  
  7. NET_LINE is open to all ZC's, RC's and NC's of any network.  The echo's
  8. home-base is at The Barter Board (1:261/1352).
  9.  
  10. The goal of the echo is to promote inter-network administrative
  11. communications.
  12.  
  13. Participating systems may use their Fido Address or their own distinctive
  14. network address to poll for and transmit echomail from and to 1:261/1352.
  15.  
  16. The Barter Board is located in Baltimore, MD...if your net has node local to
  17. The Barter Board, you may route through that node.
  18.  
  19. With the exception of nodes local to us, all mail will be on a hold status.
  20.  
  21. If you would like to participate, send netmail to 1:261/1352 with the name of
  22. your network, the address you will use when polling and your choice of
  23. password.  Unless you indicate otherwise, we will add you to the echo and
  24. perform a rescan.  Addition of your node should be accomplished within 24
  25. hours of receipt of your initial message.  The Barter Board uses GECHO 1.02
  26. and FrontDoor 2.12.
